About Little Park

“Little Park” is a public pedestrianization project at 388 Newark Ave.

Our vision is to build a park on 6th Street, between Division and Newark, in Jersey City.

Little Park benefits residents, business owners, patrons and drivers by:

1. Calming traffic

2. Reducing noise pollution

3. Improving public safety (especially for parents and stroller users)

4. Flooding solutions through green infrastructure

5. Increase foot traffic local businesses by improving the patron surrounds

Little Park is a local-run outdoor infrastructure/design project- unaffiliated with any development group, business or entity.
